Posted here are a number of recent photos of the house and property in Homer, Alaska, known as Timber Cottage and  owned by the Bollenbach estate. The 2 and 1/2 acres are located just a mile east of the Homer Spit, 5 minutes from the airport and 10 from the hospital.  The house is 2 plus bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1000 square feet with two floors, a kitchen, washer/ dryer, and kitchenette upstairs.
